The MUNIU MN20-R7C is a 3-spoke carbon fiber wheelchair wheel rim engineered to deliver the ultimate combination of lightweight performance and aerodynamic efficiency. Each rim is hand-laid using 3K twill carbon fiber pre-preg and cured in our autoclave at controlled temperature and pressure, achieving a cured weight of approximately 650 grams — roughly half the weight of a comparable aluminum rim. The 3-spoke monocoque design provides exceptional torsional stiffness, resisting lateral flex during aggressive cornering and sprint efforts, while the aerodynamic spoke profile reduces air resistance at speed, a tangible advantage for competitive wheelchair racers and active users. The 24-inch diameter is compatible with standard wheelchair tires (24x1, 24x1-3/8, 24x1.95), and the rim bed profile is optimized for high-pressure pneumatic tires up to 145 PSI. The clear-coated 3K twill finish delivers a professional, high-tech aesthetic while protecting the carbon fiber from UV exposure and minor abrasions.
