Constructed from 3K twill carbon fiber pre-preg with autoclave curing, the MN18-03C weighs only 200 grams — dramatically reducing the unsprung weight at the front of the wheelchair and contributing to improved overall maneuverability and reduced user push effort. The top surface features a molded-in anti-slip texture pattern that provides secure foot placement without the need for additional grip tape or rubber pads that can peel, wear, or trap dirt. The board is entirely corrosion-free — no rust, no oxidation, no degradation from exposure to water, sweat, or cleaning chemicals — making it ideal for all-weather wheelchair users and coastal environments. The sleek carbon fiber finish with UV-protective clear coat maintains its appearance indefinitely without fading or yellowing. Mounting holes are precision-drilled to match standard footrest bracket patterns, and custom drilling patterns are available for OEM orders.
